Delivery of Services
All plan services are delivered digitally via the Internet within 1–7 days from the date of order placement.

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. If you’re not happy with our work, we will refund your payment. Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days and credited either as account credits or through direct bank deposit.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Clients must provide account details and a reason for the refund before processing.

When Refunds Are Available

Refunds and cancellations may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery of the Product:
    If you do not receive the delivery email due to mailing issues, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

  2. Download or Unzipping Issues:
    If you experience problems downloading or unzipping your product, contact our Technical Support Team within 30 days. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.

  3. Major Defects:
    All products are tested before release, but unexpected errors may occur. Report defects to our Technical Support Team. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If the problem cannot be fixed, a full refund or replacement product of equal value will be provided. Temporary access to your system may be required for troubleshooting; failure to provide access may delay resolution or disqualify a refund.

  4. Product Not as Described:
    If the product does not match its description, contact Technical Support within 30 days with clear evidence. Complaints based on personal expectations that do not match the description will not be eligible for a refund.

Children’s Policy

Our products are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately. Any orders placed without parental consent will be canceled, and data will be removed.
